Producing up to 423 kWh/month, based on 5 hours a day of sunshine, this system seamlessly integrates solar, wind, the grid, and a back-up generator to supply steady power for your home or business. Solar panels and a wind generator supply the bulk of the electricity. Your utility grid and a diesel or LP generator work as a back-up. This system is expandable by adding additional solar panels or larger wind turbine.

This system is grid-assisted, as opposed to grid-intertied. This means that electricity (from grid or wind or solar) is stored in a bank of batteries and that the home power system does not feed excess electricity back into the utility grid.

Wind Turbine Energy In The World

Clean Energy Surges in Central America. Although Central America has limited conventional energy resources and large numbers of rural poor that are still not connected to the grid, rising energy demand is surprisingly, making the region less reliant on oil imports. Instead, it is turning to renewable energy solutions such as wind turbine energy, hydroelectric, and solar based energy. Countries such as Costa Rica are leading the way in renewable energy utilization with a whopping 95% of Costa Rica’s energy coming from renewable sources. The large reason for this alternative energy revolution is due to terrain that provides large quantizes of running water, a standard 12 hours of daylight, and most of all, a sustainable wind.

With this new dedicated surge to use alternative energy solutions such as solar, hydroelectric systems, and wind turbine power systems, the market place and infrastructure still has a long way to go. About Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Energy Systems

The technology utilized in photovoltaic (PV) systems is well-developed and there are improvements and modifications occurring regularly, primarily in production processes. Photovoltaic solar panel systems are quite reliable and have been well tested in all applications.

The primary obstacle to increased use of photovoltaic systems is their perceived high cost. In recent years photovoltaic panels have experienced continuous price reduction. Solar Hot Water Systems

The evacuated tube system is a technological breakthrough in the efficiency of hot water production for residential, apartment buildings, food processing, cheese manufacturing, breweries, distilleries and wineries, commercial fruit processing, office buildings, commercial, dairies, agriculture, medical facilities, hotels and resorts, schools, municipalities and more.

Evacuated tubes are similar to the inside of a thermos when placed in the sun. The tubes’ being round gives them maximum light exposure at every angle of the sun during the day. Also, due to the vacuum chamber between the two walls of the tube, the tubes always remain cool to the touch. Most importantly, the tubes will produce hot water on cloudy days from sun up to sun set. Cold, cloudy or rainy weather has no impact on the performance of this system.
